赣南美丽乡村生态空间布局与农村生态振兴--以定南县黄砂口村为例

摘　　要：近年来,为加快苏区振兴发展,国家加大对赣南苏区的扶持力度,从而为赣南乡村经济发展带来前所未有的历史机遇和挑战,但过速的单方面经济发展,造成了一系列严峻的生态问题.如何解决经济发展和生态保护之间的矛盾,实现新时代下赣南乡村的全面振兴?2017年始,赣南开展了系列美丽乡村生态示范村的建设.以定南县黄砂口村为代表的美丽乡村“生态空间布局”,注重人与自然和谐相处、生产建设与环境保护共生、经济发展与资源养护相协调,营造了一个生机勃勃、美丽宜居的生态文明型乡村,这种具有可持续性发展的“生态空间布局”模式,不仅成为赣南欠发达农村地区美丽乡村建设的典范,也为我国其它相似地区的乡村生态建设提供可资借鉴和有益启示.In recent years,in order to speed up the revitalization and development of the Soviet Area,the state has increased its support to the southern Jiangxi Soviet Area,which has brought unprecedented historical opportunities and challenges to the rural economic development of Southern Jiangxi.However,the excessive unilateral economic development has caused a series of serious ecological problems.How to solve the contradiction between economic development and ecological protection and re-alize the overall revitalization of Gannan countryside in the new era?Since 2017,a series of beautiful rural ecological demonstra-tion villages have been built in Gannan.The"ecological spatial layout"of beautiful villages represented by huangshakou village in Dingnan County focuses on the harmonious coexistence of human and nature,the symbiosis of production and construction with environmental protection,the coordination of economic development and resource conservation,and creates a vibrant,beautiful and livable ecological civilization type village,This kind of"ecological spatial distribution"model with sustainable de-velopment has not only become a model of beautiful rural construction in the underdeveloped rural areas of South Jiangxi,but also provides reference and useful enlightenment for the rural ecological construction in other similar areas of China.
