摘　　要：以“利益共享”理念引领农地多元产权主体间剩余利润合理分配,是深化农地三权分置改革、推进乡村全面振兴、实现共同富裕目标的重要路径。在回顾农地多元产权主体相关文献基础上,依据产权理论、利益相关者理论等,界定三权分置下农地“所有权人”“承包经营权人”及“经营权人”等相关利益主体,并解构农地多元权利主体间的利益关系。结合农地股份合作制组织共建、共营、共享三个发展阶段,从利益关系形成、利益价值共创、利益分配共享层面构建农地多元权利主体利益共享机制,以期助推新一轮农地制度改革向资源共用、收益共享、共同富裕的目标迈进。The concept of“benefit sharing”leads to the rational distribution of surplus profits among the sub-jects of multiple property rights of agricultural land,which is an important path to deepen the reform of separa-tion of the three rights of agricultural land,promote the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas and achieve the goal of common prosperity.Reviewing the relevant literature about the multiple ownership subjects of farm-land,this paper defines the relevant interest subjects such as“ownership owner”,“contracted management right owner”and“management right owner”of farmland under the separation of three rights according to stakeholder theory and property rights theory.And it deconstructs the interest relations among the multiple ownership sub-jects of farmland.Combining with the three development stages of the farmland shareholding cooperative system,including co-construction,co-operation and sharing,the mechanism of interest sharing of multiple subjects with rights of agricultural land should be constructed from the aspects of interest relationship formation,interest value co-creation,interest distribution and sharing to propel the new round of agricultural land system reform to-wards the goal of resource sharing,income sharing and common prosperity.
