摘　　要：目的了解北京市各级医疗机构传染病防控工作的现状,为进一步完善重大传染病防控工作提供科学依据。方法采用问卷调查和专家访谈方法,对北京市33家医疗机构的基本情况、传染病防控职责承担情况和资源配置情况等进行调查。结果各级医疗机构的基本传染病防控职责承担和资源配置情况整体较好,三级医疗机构是传染病医疗救治的主要场所,二级医疗机构发热门诊建设尚有不足,一级医疗机构传染病防控能力有待全面提升。结论建议从完善医疗机构传染病防控配套规章制度、优化各级医疗机构传染病防控职责分工、加强基层医疗机构传染病防控能力建设等方面进一步提升医疗卫生体系重大传染病疫情应对能力。Objective To investigate the current situation of infectious disease prevention and control work in medical institutions in Beijing, and provide support for improving the prevention and control work of infectious diseases. Methods Questionnaire and interview are used to investigate the basic information, responsibilities for infectious disease prevention and control and resource allocation in 33 medical institutions in Beijing. Results The basic infectious disease prevention and control responsibilities and resource allocation of medical institutions at all levels are generally well,while tertiary medical institutions are the main places for medical treatment of infectious diseases, the construction of fever clinics in secondary medical institutions is still inadequate, and the infectious disease prevention and control capacity of primary medical institutions needs to be comprehensively improved.Conclusion It is proposed to further enhance the healthcare system’s ability to respond to major infectious disease outbreaks by improving the supporting rules and regulations for the prevention and control of infectious diseases in medical institutions,optimizing the division of responsibilities for the prevention and control of infectious diseases in medical institutions at all levels,and strengthening the capacity building for the prevention and control of infectious diseases in primary care institutions.
