摘 要:目的通过对北京市医疗机构在新冠肺炎疫情发生初期启动应急响应的时间早晚进行分析,为制定重大疫情应急响应机制提供依据。方法采用t检验和方差分析,对各医疗机构启动应急响应时间差进行统计分析。结果2020年新冠肺炎疫情发生时启动应急响应时间差在一级、二级和三级医疗机构之间,综合医院与专科医院之间,公立医院与民营医院之间,西医医院与中医医院之间差异均没有显著性,仅城区较郊区医疗机构启动应急响应迅速差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论北京市各级各类医疗机构整体上对突发公共卫生事件应对能力有了很大提升,但城郊间或存在信息传递时间差,应急响应体系有待进一步完善。Objective To provide a basis for formulating an emergency response mechanism for major epidemics by analyzing the time difference response to COVID-19 outbreak among medical institutions in Beijing.Methods Using t test and analysis of variance to conduct statistical analysis on the time difference of each medical institution initiating emergency response.Results The emergency response time to the COVID-19 outbreak in 2020 occurred among the first,second and third-level medical institutions,general hospitals and specialized hospitals,public hospitals and private hospitals,and western medicine hospitals and traditional Chinese medicine hospitals vary with no significant difference.However,the emergency response time of the medical institutions in urban area is shorter than the suburban,and the time difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Medical institutions at all levels and types in Beijing have greatly improved their ability to respond to public health emergencies.However,there may be time gaps in information transmission between urban and suburban areas,and the emergency response system needs to be further improved.
