摘　　要：以大连市某三级甲等医院业务紧密型医疗联合体为研究对象,采用文献分析和访谈调研法,分析各利益相关者的政策相关程度、影响力和执行意愿,探讨其对利益主体态度和行为的影响。从加强顶层设计和制度建设、推动医疗联合体内部协调和联动、加大行政主管部门协同管理等方面提出建议,为医疗联合体建设提供参考借鉴。Taking a tertiary hospital in Dalian as the research object,it adopts the method of literary analysis and interview research to analyze the policy relevance,influence and implementation willingness of various stakeholders and explores its influence on the attitude and behavior of stakeholders.It puts forward suggestions from the aspects of strengthening top-level design and system construction,promoting internal coordination and linkage of medical alliances,and increasing the collaborative management of administrative departments,so as to provide references for the next construction of medical alliances.
