医患和谐对医生主观幸福感影响及防御医疗行为调节效应研究

摘　　要：目的探讨医生知觉的医患和谐现状以及其对主观幸福感影响,了解防御医疗行为在二者关系中的调节效应。方法采用横断面问卷调查法收集数据,采用多元线性回归方法检验变量之间的关系。结果医患和谐显著正向影响医生的主观幸福感(β=0.411,P<0.01),防御医疗行为正向调节了二者间的关系(β=0.128,P<0.01)。结论高和谐的医患关系有助于提升医生主观幸福感,在经历过高频次防御医疗行为的医生群体中,医患和谐对提升医生主观幸福感幅度会被削弱。Objective To explore the impact of harmonious doctor-patient relationship on subjective well-being of Chinese doctors,and to understand the moderating effect of defensive medical behavior in relationship above.Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted to collect data.Moreover,the multiple liner regression was performed to test the relations between variables.Results The harmonious doctor-patient relationship positively and significantly influenced doctors’subjective well-being(β=0.411,P<0.01).Moreover,defensive medical behavior moderates the relation between variables above(β=0.128,P<0.01).Conclusion High-degree harmonious doctor-patient relationship will promote doctors’subjective well-being,indicating that the strength of the influence of harmonious doctorpatient relationship on subjective well-being will be weakened among a group of doctors with high-frequency experience on defensive medical behavior.
