摘　　要：实施精细化运营管理是公立医院改革的必然要求。积极响应医改政策,加快构建适合医院实际的精细化运营管理模式,从人事制度改革、绩效考核管理、关键指标分析、统筹信息化建设等方面全方位推进,构建高效精细化管理平台,取得了初步成效。Fine operation management of hospitals is the inevitable requirement of comprehensive reform.Actively respond to the policy of medical reform,accelerate the construction of a refined operation and management model suitable for the actual hospital,promote all-rround from personnel system reform,performance assessment management,analysis of key indicators,coordination of information construction and other aspects.Construct the efficient and refined management platform,and achieve initial results.
