摘  要:研究电解液分层现象对铅酸蓄电池性能的影响,探寻炭材料的种类与含量对铅酸电池电解液分层的影响。通过调整炭材料的种类与含量,在满足水耗要求的条件下,适当增大电池的水耗,对电解液能起到一定的搅拌作用,改善电解液分层,一定幅度上减缓电池的容量衰减,提高蓄电池的循环寿命。This work researches the influence of electrolyte stratification on the performance of lead acid battery,and explores the influence of the type and content of carbon material on the electrolyte stratification.The results show that the electrolyte stratification can improved,the capacity fading can be reduced and the cycle life can be increased by adjusting the type or content of carbon material to increase appropriately the water consumption under the condition that the water consumption requirements are met.
