摘  要:通过研究铅酸蓄电池循环过程中正极活性物质的孔径和孔容的变化,发现正极活性物质孔结构衰减过程是孔径0.01~0.1μm、0.1~1μm和1~5μm的孔不断增大,最终变为孔径5~30μm孔的过程,延缓正极活性物质孔径的增大,是延长电池使用寿命的基础。In this paper,the changes in the pore size and pore volume of the positive active materials in the cycle process of lead-acid battery are studied.it is found that the pore structure decaying process of the positive active mass is the increasing process of the pores with pore size of 0.01~0.1μm,0.1~1μm and 1~5μm,andfinally the smaller pores become bigger pores with the pore size of 5~30μm.Postponing the increase of the pore size of the positive active mass is the basis for prolonging the service life of lead-acid battery.
