摘　　要：在肿瘤放化疗过程中,大多数患者会出现骨髓抑制。骨髓抑制会导致一系列病理改变,临床上常表现为严重的出血和感染,是阻碍肿瘤治疗的原因之一。已有研究表明针灸对化疗后骨髓抑制有较好的治疗作用。现通过综述针灸治疗肿瘤化疗后骨髓抑制相关的研究结果,从骨髓细胞、造血微环境及信号通路3个方面分析针灸治疗骨髓抑制的作用机制,以期为临床提供参考。Bone marrow suppression occurs in most patients during tumor chemoradiotherapy.Bone marrow suppression can lead to a series of pathological changes characterized by severe bleeding and infection clinically,and it is one of the causes hindering the treatment of tumors.Previous studies have shown that acupuncture and moxibustion have a good therapeutic effect on bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy.By reviewing the research results of acupuncture and moxibustion against bone marrow suppression after tumor chemotherapy,this study analyzed the mechanism of action of acupuncture and moxibustion against bone marrow suppression from bone marrow cells,hematopoietic microenvironment,and signaling pathways to provide references for clinical practice.
