摘　　要：疫情的发生对人民的生活方式产生了重大影响。健康码的推出,是我国各地方政府在重大突发公共事件治理中的重要创新实践,在政务应用中也发挥着巨大作用。本文以“福建码”为例,研究总结“一码通办”的实施路径,旨在为最大程度发挥政务服务码作用,为拓展政务服务码在多场景实践中的应用提供思路参考。The introduction of health codes is an important innovation in the management of major public emergencies by local governments and plays a great role in the application of government services.This paper takes"Fujian Code"as an example and summarizes the implementation path of"one code for all",aiming to provide a reference for maximizing the role of government service codes and expanding the application of government service codes in multiple scenarios.
