摘 要:在某轻型商用车项目开发前期对进气系统管口噪声(以下简称“进气噪声”)进行分析,建立包含准确进气系统的发动机性能分析模型,获得了整车进气噪声分析结果。通过与整车要求的噪声-振动-声振粗糙度(NVH)目标进行对比,发现该方案的总进气噪声超标,且有4阶噪声轰鸣风险。对进气系统开展优化分析,提出了增加赫姆霍玆消声器的优化改进方案。结果表明:改进方案可以明显改善进气噪声,能够达到预期效果,使其满足进气系统NVH目标,且有效降低进气噪声轰鸣风险。In the early stage of the development of a light commercial vehicle project,the orifice noise of intake system(referred to as intake noise)was analyzed,an engine performance analysis model containing an accurate intake system was established,and the analysis results of the vehicle intake noise were obtained.After comparing with the noise⁃vibration⁃harshness(NVH)target of vehicle decomposition,it was found that the total intake noise of basic scheme exceeded the standard,and there was a risk of 4th⁃order booming.The optimization analysis of the intake system was carried out,and the optimization improvement scheme of adding Helmholtz silencer was proposed.The results show that the optimization scheme can significantly improve the intake noise,achieve the expected effect to meet the NVH target of the intake system,and effectively reduce the risk of intake booming.
