摘 要:制备了钴铬双金属催化剂,耦合臭氧氧化,用于处理纺织厂VOCs废气。钴铬催化剂对于NO、SO_(2)、多VOCs的同时脱除效果优异,基本实现完全脱除,并维持长时间稳定性。现场试验中,处理了成分复杂、波动较大的多种VOCs混合废气,在低温催化臭氧氧化中也表现出较高的活性水平。臭氧耦合钴铬催化剂处理多种VOCs技术表现出脱除效率高、可与NO_(x)/SO_(2)同时脱除、适用低温氧化等优势,为实现多种污染物一体化脱除的工业化应用提供了试验数据和现场应用依据。Cobalt and chromium bimetallic catalyst was prepared and coupled with ozonation to degrade VOCs in exhaust gas from a textile factory.Co2.5-Cr1.5 catalyst showed excellent effect on simultaneous removal of NO,SO_(2) and VOCs.Nearly complete removal of these pollutants can be achieved and its long-term stability can be maintained.In the field test,the mixed exhaust gas of VOCs with complex composition and large fluctuation was treated,and it also exhibited high activity in catalytic ozonation under low temperatures.Catalytic ozonation with Co2.5-Cr1.5 has the advantage of high removal efficiency,simultaneous removal with NO_(x)/SO_(2) and high ozonation efficiency under low temperatures.The experimental study provides experimental data and field application basis for industrial application on removal of multiple VOCs.
