摘  要:本研究以开源软件OpenFOAM为平台,基于真实流体状态方程与高压修正的热动力学输运模型,通过修改PIMPLE算法,构建出一个新的多组分跨/超临界射流模型,并通过一维对流问题考察了模型有效性;在此基础上,结合RANS模型对跨/超临界下正庚烷/氮气的喷射和混合过程进行了数值模拟。结果表明:在跨临界工况下,尤其在伪沸点附近,射流对温度的变化非常敏感,伪沸腾现象维持着气液界面出现连续的高密度梯度区,其对跨临界射流的演变起着决定性作用;在超临界工况下,伪沸腾现象的消失导致射流与周围流体的混合更加充分。This study is based on the OpenFOAM,using real-fluid equation of state and highpressure modified thermodynamic transport models,and adjusting the PIMPLE algorithm to construct a new multi-component trans-/supercritical jet model,meanwhile,the one-dimensional convection problem is used to validate the model;based on this,the RANS simulation of the nheptane/nitrogen injection and mixing process was performed under trans-/supercritical conditions.The results show that:under transcritical conditions,especially near the pseudo-boiling point,the jet is very sensitive to the changes in temperature,the pseudo-boiling phenomenon causes a continuous high-density gradient zone at the interface,which is decisive in the evolution of the transcritical jets;the lack of pseudo-boiling under supercritical conditions makes the jet mixing more fully.
