摘　　要：中国管理实践为全球社会科学发展提供了独特智慧,并引发全球学者的高度关注。但同时受西方意识形态牵引,中国管理实践在国际学术社区中面临“被标签化”问题,西方理论视域下充斥着学者对于中国管理实践在概念、认知以及方法层面的“偏狭性”解读。聚焦于这一问题,本文回顾了1998年以来发表在国际顶级管理学期刊上关于中国情境研究的论文,从本体论、认识论、方法论3个方面梳理现有西方理论为主导的国际学术话语体系中学者对“中国情境”研究的偏狭性认知,包括学术构念、认知标准、低效度测量工具等,重点剖析这些构念、观点、测量方法所客观存在的非客观性和科学偏离性。进一步地,文章从本体论、认识论、方法论3个方面提出,必须高度重视对中国哲学社会科学话语权的掌握,切忌在理论建构过程中盲从西方观点,勇于矫正国际学术话语体系对中国管理实践的偏狭性认知,力求实事求是、自信而不盲从地开发和传播本土管理理论,加快构建中国特色管理科学的学科体系、学术体系和话语体系。Chinese management practice has provided unique wisdom for the development of global social sciences and has attracted a great deal of attention from scholars around the world.However,due to Western ideological traction,Chinese management practice has been"labeled"in the international academic community,and Western theoretical perspectives are full of"parochial"interpretations of Chinese management practice at the conceptual,cognitive,and methodological levels.Focusing on this problem,this paper reviews papers on Chinese contextual research published in top international management journals since 1998,and compares the parochial perceptions of scholars on"Chinese contextual"research in the existing international academic discourse system dominated by Western theories from three aspects:ontology,epistemology,and methodology,including academic conceptualization,cognitive criteria,and low validity measurement.The article focuses on the objective non-objectivity and scientific deviation of these conceptions,perspectives,and measurement methods.Further,the article proposes that we must attach great importance to the mastery of Chinese philosophical and social science discourse from three aspects:ontology,epistemology,and methodology,avoid blindly following Western views in the process of theory construction,and be brave enough to correct the parochial perception of the international academic discourse system that Chinese management practice is"labeled",and strive to develop and disseminate Chinese management practice in a factual,confident,and not blindly obedient manner.We should develop and disseminate local management theories in a realistic and confident manner without blind obedience,and accelerate the construction of a disciplinary system,academic system and discourse system of management science with Chinese characteristics.
