摘 要:镁铝尖晶石透明陶瓷作为一种中波红外窗口材料,凭借其高透明度、高强度等优异性能,在工业高温窗口,军事透明装甲及航天窗口等多个领域都得到广泛应用。探讨了镁铝尖晶石透明陶瓷的微观形貌结构,例如晶粒、晶界结构和微观气孔等对镁铝尖晶石陶瓷相关性能的影响。列举了国内外不同制备工艺下的镁铝尖晶石透明陶瓷,针对不同化学计量配比的原料粉体、成型方式、烧结助剂、烧结方法进行了探究。同时也提出为了达到目前众多领域的实际应用要求,通过优化制备工艺路线,降低成本制备出大尺寸、形状复杂且性能优异的镁铝尖晶石透明陶瓷成为关键。As a kind of mid-wave infrared window material, MgAl_(2)O_(4) transparent ceramics are widely used in many fields such as industrial high-temperature windows, military transparent armor and aerospace windows by virtue of their excellent properties such as high transparency and high strength. In this paper, the influence of the micromorphological structure of MgAl_(2)O_(4) transparent ceramics, such as grain size, grain boundary structure and microscopic porosity, on the relevant properties of MgAl_(2)O_(4) is discussed.The transparent ceramics of MgAl_(2)O_(4) under different preparation processes at home and abroad are listed and investigated for different ratios of raw material powders, molding methods, addition of sintering aids,and different sintering methods. It is also proposed that in order to meet the current practical application requirements in many fields, it is crucial to produce large size, complex shape and excellent performance of MgAl_(2)O_(4) transparent ceramics by optimizing the preparation process and reducing the cost.
