摘  要:以氧化铝和二氧化钛为原料,通过引入着色剂氧化铁和氧化锰,采用固相法在1450℃下制备出无钴的新型钛酸铝基黑色陶瓷色料。借用XRD、SEM、TEM、色度仪等测试表征手段,系统研究了煅烧温度、掺杂量对钛酸铝基黑色陶瓷色料的影响。结果表明:色料样品中的主晶相为钛酸铝晶相。当复合掺杂15 mol%Fe和15 mol%Mn,在1450℃下保温2 h合成的样品综合性能最好(L*=23.19,a*=5.27,b*=6.86),D50为3.28μm,整个结构呈现出不规则结构,晶粒较为完整。In this paper,cobalt free aluminum titanate based black ceramic pigment was prepared by solidstate method at 1450℃using alumina and titanium dioxide as aluminum and titanium sources,iron oxide and manganese oxide as colorants.The effects of calcination temperature and doping amount on aluminum titanate based black ceramic pigment were systematically studied by means of XRD,SEM,TEM and CIE chromatic coordinate.It is found that the main crystalline phase in the pigment samples is aluminum titanate.When doped with 15 mol%Fe and 15mol%Mn,the samples synthesized at 1450℃for 2 h have the best comprehensive properties(L*=23.19,a*=5.27,b*=6.86),and D50 is 3.28μm.The whole structure presents an irregular structure and the grains are relatively complete.
