摘  要:目的:研究中药椿皮中挥发油类成分组成,探讨其潜在的抗炎、抗癌等活性成分。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取椿皮挥发油,利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对挥发油中的主要成分进行分析鉴定。结果:从椿皮挥发油中鉴定出46个化学成分,占挥发油总量的67.04%,其中相对含量较高的成分为石竹烯(19.98%)、氧化石竹烯(12.33%)、蛇麻烯(4.78%)、十六醛(3.45%)、十八醛(2.97%)等。结论:采用GC-MS技术可以有效地分离鉴定出椿皮挥发油的成分,不同产地椿皮挥发油成分组成存在较大差异,为椿皮的开发利用和药效物质研究提供了科学依据。Objective:To study the constituents of volatile oil of Ailanthi Cortex and explore the potential anti-inflammatory and anti-tumor active components.Methods:The essential oil of Ailanthi Cortex was extracted by using steam distillation method.The chemical components of the essential oil were analyzed by GC-MS.Results:Totally 46 components were identified in the essential oil of Ailanthi Cortex,which accounted for 67.04%.The main components of the oil were caryophyllene(19.98%),caryophyllene oxide(12.33),humulene(4.78%),hexadecanal(3.45%)and octadecanal(2.97%),et al.Conclusion:The components of volatile oil of Ailanthi Cortex can be effectively isolated by GC-MS technology.The compositions of volatile oil of Ailanthi Cortex from different habitats have great differences.The study provides scientific basis for the development,utilization and research of pharmacodynamics of Ailanthi Cortex.
