摘　　要：临床药师参与1例中期妊娠药物流产孕妇的治疗过程,运用药学等专业知识对初次药物流产失败的原因进行分析,提出方案调整的合理性建议。再次行药物流产,改变米索前列醇的给药途径和重复给药的间隔时间后,孕妇顺利娩出一死胎,伴畸形,胎盘行人工剥离术。临床药师在临床工作中发挥专业特长,可以协助医师优化治疗方案,减轻患者病痛,促进临床合理用药。Clinical pharmacist participated in the treatment process of a pregnant woman with a second-trimester pregnancy medical abortion,analyzed the reasons for the failure of the first medical abortion by using pharmacy and other professional knowledge,and put forward reasonable suggestions for the adjustment of the treatment options.Another medical abortion was performed,and the administration route and the interval time between repeated dosing of misoprostol were changed.As a result,the pregnant woman successfully delivered a stillborn fetus with deformities,and the placenta was manually dissected.Clinical pharmacists give full play to their own professional expertise in clinical work,which can assist physicians in optimizing treatment plans,alleviating patients’pain and promoting effective and rational clinical medication.
