摘 要:目的:为医院门诊药师业务能力的提升及人才队伍的建设提供依据。方法:2021年5~10月,面向北京市的16家三级甲等医院的门诊药师发放书面调查表,调查药师基本信息、学习专业知识的现状、近5年(2016~2020年)发表的论文数量、信息资源的获取与利用及未来的职业规划并对调查结果进行汇总分析。结果:共发放问卷160份,回收有效问卷160份。参与调查的门诊药师中,大部分药师工作年限在11~20年(占42.50%),学历以本科为主(占43.75%),职称以中级为主(占46.25%)。33.75%的门诊药师会主动学习专业性知识。近5年门诊药师发表1~3篇国内期刊论文的人数居多,占85.00%;而发表SCI期刊论文人数较少,仅占7.50%。经常使用网络信息资源提升自身业务水平的门诊药师占16.25%。对于未来的职业规划,77.5%的门诊药师没有做出明确清晰的职业规划,而70.00%的门诊药师认为未来的职业发展充满了不确定性。结论:医院门诊药师因其工作内容的特殊性,目前对主动学习及提升业务能力方面的认知度不够。医院需要加强对药师的重视与培养,调动药师学习的积极性,提高药师综合业务能力,提升药学服务质量,建设高质量的药师人才队伍。Objective:To provide evidence for promoting the professional ability and talent team construction of hospital outpatient pharmacists.Methods:The survey form was issued to the outpatient pharmacists in class A tertiary hospitals between May.2021 and Oct.2021.The questionnaire was based on the general information of surveyed pharmacists,the status quo of learning professional ability,the number of papers published in recent five years(2016-2020),the ability of acquiring and using information resources and the career planning.The collected data were summarized and analyzed.Results:Totally 160 questionnaires were sent out and 160 valid questionnaires were collected.Among the surveyed pharmacists,most of them have worked for 11-20 years(42.5%);43.75%of them had bachelor’s degree and 46.25%of them had intermediate professional title.The investigation results showed that 33.75%of the surveyed pharmacists could learn the professional knowledge actively;most of them had published 1-3 papers in domestic journals(85%)while only 7.5%of them had published papers in SCI journals in recent five years;16.25%of them often use the information resources to improve their professional ability;the proportion of surveyed pharmacists who had no clear career planning and who felt uncertain about the future career development was 77.5%and 70%,respectively.Conclusion:Due to the particularity of work contents,hospital outpatient pharmacists don’t have enough interest on learning and improving their professional ability.Hospitals need to pay more attention to the talent training,improving the learning enthusiasm and comprehensive professional ability of hospital pharmacists,promoting the quality of pharmaceutical service and cultivating high-quality talents team.
