摘  要:高分辨血管壁磁共振成像(HRMR-VWI)能清晰显示血管腔狭窄程度和管壁的病理生理过程,有助于颅内动脉狭窄疾病的鉴别诊断,也为进行再通术的患者狭窄段的评估提供了有用信息,是其他检查手段所不能及。在指导血管内治疗方面,HRMR-VWI有很大的应用价值,有助于识别和筛选具有高成功率和适合血运重建手术的患者,对提高手术成功率和降低手术并发症有重要作用,为卒中风险分层提供额外的诊断价值。目前对于高分辨磁共振在血管内治疗的应用尚无统一的指南,本文就高分辨血管壁磁共振成像在颅内动脉再通术前的应用进展进行综述。High resolution vessel wall magnetic resonance imaging can clearly show the degree of vessel stenosis and the pathophysiological process of the vessel wall,which is helpful for the differential diagnosis of intracranial artery stenosis,and also provides useful information for the evaluation of stenosis in patients undergoing recanalization.It is beyond the reach of other examination methods.It has great application value in guiding intravascular therapy,and is helpful to identify and screen patients with high success rate and suitable for revascularization,It plays an important role in improving the success rate of surgery and reducing the complications of surgery,and provides additional diagnostic value for stroke risk stratification.At present,there is no unified guideline for the application of high-resolution magnetic resonance imaging in intravascular therapy.This article reviews the application progress of high-resolution vascular wall magnetic resonance imaging before intracranial artery recanalization.
