摘　　要：化疗相关性腹泻(chemotherapy induced diarrhea,CID)是限制化疗有效使用的常见毒副反应。《伤寒论》为第一部辨证施治专书,为后世辨治各类疾病之垂范,书中所论述的下利包含各种类型的腹泻,可归纳为太阳,少阳,阳明,太阴,少阴,厥阴,六经兼、合或坏病、水饮、下焦失约九种类型。在临床中,笔者运用经方结合“重方复治、反激逆从”辨治思路,辨治CID每有获效。Chemotherapy-induced diarrhea(CID)is a common side effect that limits the effective use of chemotherapy.Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Diseases is the first special book on syndrome differentiation and treatment,which is the model for later generations to make syndrome differentiation and treatment of various diseases.The“looseness of the bowel”recorded in the book covers various types of diarrhea,which can be summarized as nine types,i.e.,Taiyang,Shaoyang,Yangming,Taiyin,Shaoyin,Jueyin,complication or combination of the six meridian diseases,fluid retention,and disorder of the lower energizer.In clinical practice,the application of classical prescriptions following the principle of modified multiple prescriptions and irritation-constraint herbal compatibility in differentiating and treating CID can achieve satisfactory efficacy.
