《伤寒论》六经辨证及方证对应在肿瘤临床中的应用与启示

摘　　要：《伤寒论》独有的六经辨证体系为临床中医治疗肿瘤疾病提供了辨证准绳,其所载的113个经方及方证对应思想则为肿瘤疾病的治疗提供了具体的用药策略,目前经方专方论治优势癌种、联合现代医学疗法综合治疗肿瘤及随证加减治疗肿瘤兼证具有一定优势,经方的临床诊疗研究仍任重道远,需要在继承的基础上加以创新以期裨益于民众生命健康。Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Diseases has the unique system of six-meridian syndrome differentiation,which provides the criterion of syndrome differentiation for the clinical treatment of tumor with Chinese medicine.Also,it provides 113 classical prescriptions and the theory of prescriptions corresponding to syndromes,which supplies specific drug strategies for the treatment of tumor diseases.At present,the classical prescriptions have certain advantages in the treatment of dominant types of cancer by specific prescription,in the combination of modern medical therapy for comprehensive treatment of cancer,and in the modified treatment of accompanying symptoms of tumor.There is still a long way to cover in the use of classical prescriptions in clinical practice.All kinds of research still need to be innovated on the basis of inheritance so as to benefit the life and health of the people.
