中药复方治疗肿瘤的研究进展及存在问题探讨

摘　　要：中药复方治疗肿瘤的临床疗效确切,但因其成分复杂、干扰因素多,对其开展研究困难重重。本文将论述开展中药复方治疗肿瘤研究的必要性,近年来中药复方治疗肿瘤的研究进展,并对在开展中药复方研究中主要存在的问题进行初步探讨。综合目前关于中药复方治疗肿瘤的国内外研究进展,我们得出如下结论:中药复方治疗肿瘤的临床疗效确切;在具体作用机制上,中药复方抗肿瘤所涉及的机制包括肿瘤细胞增殖、死亡、转移、肿瘤微环境、肠道菌群和代谢重编程等;在开展中药复方研究的过程中,中药复方制剂的标准及稳定性是研究者需要解决的两个关键问题。Chinese herbal compound(CHC)has definite effects for the treatment of cancer.However,due to the complex components of CHC,it is difficult to clarify the mechanism exactly by which how CHC functions in human cancer.Here,we’ll discuss the necessity of promoting the research on the treatment of cancer by CHC.And we’ll review the research progress of CHC in treating human cancer recently.In addition,we’ll discuss the main problems during the basic research of CHC preliminarily.Based on the current research progress in the treatment of cancer with CHC,we draw the following conclusions:the clinical efficacy of CHC for the treatment of human cancer is effective;the specific mechanisms of CHC in counteracting human cancer involve tumor cell proliferation,cell death,metastasis,tumor microenvironment,intestinal flora,metabolic reprogramming,etc.;during the basic research of CHC,the preparation standard of CHC and the stability of CHC preparations are the two key problems needing to be resolved.
