摘　　要：中国共产党纪律检查机关职责自纪律检查委员会诞生起就已产生,在经历了初步探索、基本形成和发生曲折、恢复发展、改革深化、全面创新五个显著的发展阶段后,呈现出紧密围绕党的政治路线开展政治监督这个鲜明的主题、主责主业在固本培元中逐渐明晰的基本趋势以及以实践问题为导向革新自身职责的发展方向等基本特征。为持续深化转职能,进一步提升履职能力,各级纪律检查机关需严格遵循政治性原则,以党章党规为依据,服务中心工作;严格遵循科学性原则,聚焦主责主业,提升监督执纪问责质量;严格遵循时代性原则,结合新形势新问题,增强履职能力。Disciplinary Inspection Commissions of the Communist Party of China have identified their responsibilities since the day of founding.After experiencing five significant stages of development:preliminary exploration,basic formation,redevelopment,deepening reform,and comprehensive innovation,the commissions reveal the following characteristics:carrying out political supervision centering on the Party’s political line,clarifying their responsibilities and core businesses in consolidating their foundations,and innovating responsibilities oriented by practical problems.In the new era,in order to promote function transformation and constantly enhance the ability to perform duties,the disciplinary inspection commissions at all levels should manage to follow closely the political principle,the scientific principle and make progress with the time to get well prepared for the 20th CPC National Congress with outstanding achievements.
