摘　　要：中国不仅是法制文明的古国,也是音乐文明的古国。先秦儒家阐发了一系列关于“乐”的理念。乐与礼和,形成了影响深远的礼乐文化,乐还与政相通、与法相连,共同发挥改良风俗、综合治国的作用。礼乐政刑综合治国,是古代成功的治国经验,具有强烈的现实借鉴意义。China is an ancient country with both legal civilization and musical civilization.Confucianism in the pre Qin Dynasty published a series of ideas about"music".The harmony between"music"and"Li"has formed a far-reaching culture of“Li and Yue”.Music is also connected with politics and law,and plays a role in improving customs and comprehensively governing the country.This is a successful experience of gover⁃nance in ancient times,which has a strong practical significance for reference.
