摘　　要：医学生是国家发展医疗卫生事业的重要力量,如何做好医学生职业生涯规划越来越成为医学院校的重要课题。大学教育不仅要为学生提供专业知识和技能,更要注重培养大学生的职业观念和良好心态,引导大学生形成正确导向的职业生涯规划。医学生由于未来从事职业的特殊性,更需要培养其良好的职业生涯规划意识。为此,以医学生职业生涯规划意识的现状为研究切入点,详细论述医学生职业生涯规划的影响因素,以期为医学生职业生涯规划教育探寻新的教育模式。Medical students are an important force in the country’s development of medical and health undertakings.How to do a good job in medical students’career planning has increasingly become an important topic in medical schools.College education should not only provide students with professional knowledge and skills,but also pay attention to cultivating college students’career concepts and good mentality,and guide college students to form a correctly oriented career planning.Due to the particularity of future careers,medical students need to cultivate their good sense of career planning.Therefore,this paper takes the current situation of medical students’career planning awareness as the research breakthrough point,and discusses the influencing factors of medical students’career planning in detail,in order to explore a new educational model for medical students’career planning education.
