大数据介入医养结合养老服务的社区实践与路径研究

摘　　要：医养结合养老服务针对单纯为老年人提供基本物质生活需求的传统养老服务进行了延伸与充实,在一定程度上满足了养老服务的多样化、及时性、灵活性需求。大数据介入医养结合养老服务,是新时代适老化社区建设的趋势,也是养老服务的一种创新性选择。当前,在社区建设过程中,大数据介入医养结合养老服务的实践已经开始显示出积极效果,但也存在着一些障碍。文章以浙江省杭州市拱墅区A社区为个案,基于政策基础与制约性因素分析,探索大数据介入医养结合养老服务的路径。The elderly care services integrating medical elderly care extends and enriches the traditional elderly care services that simply provide the basic and material needs of the elderly,and satisfies the diverse,timely and flexible needs for elderly care services to a certain extend.The intervention of big data into the services is the trend for constructing the elderly-friendly communities in the new era,as well as an innovative choice for elderly care services.At present,the intervention of big date in the services in communities has manifested its positive effects in community construction,though some barriers still remain.Based on an analysis on the policy basis and actual needs,this paper attempts to explore the parth for big data to intervene in the services.
