摘  要:目的构建儿童支气管哮喘居家呼吸康复方案。方法系统检索国内外与儿童支气管哮喘呼吸康复相关的文献,并对纳入文献进行质量评价和证据提取,经课题组讨论形成儿童支气管哮喘居家呼吸康复方案初稿,采用德尔菲法对其进行论证和修订。结果共纳入39篇文献,其中指南1篇、系统评价11篇和随机对照试验27篇,最终构建了包含呼吸康复的评估、计划、实施和评价等4个一级指标以及13个二级指标、40个三级指标的儿童支气管哮喘居家呼吸康复方案。结论构建的儿童支气管哮喘居家呼吸康复方案过程严谨,内容科学,可为医护人员指导患儿进行居家呼吸康复提供参考。Objective To construct home-based respiratory rehabilitation protocol for children with bronchial asthma.Methods The domestic and foreign literature related to respiratory rehabilitation of children with bronchial asthma was systematically searched,and the quality of the included literature was evaluated,then evidence was extracted.After discussion by the research group,the draft of the home respiratory rehabilitation protocol for children with bronchial asthma was formed,and the Delphi method was used to demonstrate and revise the draft.Results A total of 39 literatures were included,with 1 guideline,11 systematic reviews and 27 randomized controlled trials.Finally,a home-based respiratory rehabilitation protocol for children with bronchial asthma was constructed,including 4 first-level indicators,13 second-level indicators,and 40 third-level indicators.Conclusions The home-based respiratory rehabilitation protocol for children with bronchial asthma based on evidence-based and Delphi method has a rigorous process and scientific contents.It can provide a reference for medical staff to guide children in respiratory rehabilitation.
