摘 要:目的探讨智能语音平台在脑卒中出院患者随访中的应用效果及其推广的可行性。方法依托科大讯飞智能语音技术,制定随访方案,通过人工智能语音外呼平台对脑卒中出院患者进行随访。结果智能语音平台随访4215例,其中正常接受随访3502,有效随访率为83.08%,累计呼叫时长20510 min;与人工随访的有效随访率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组随访所需的人工时长差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论通过智能语音随访平台对脑卒中出院患者开展随访相较人工更加规范化和流程化,显著提高工作效率和质量,节约人力资源,其在慢病随访领域有着广阔的应用空间。Objective To explore the application and feasibility of intelligent voice platform in the follow-up of discharged patients with stroke.Methods Based on the iFlytek intelligent voice technology,the Continuing Care Center of the hospital developed and executed follow-up plans for stroke discharged patients through artificial intelligence outbound call.Results The platform made the first round of calls to 4215 patients,among which 3502 patients received normal follow-up.The effective follow-up rate was 83.08%,and the cumulative call duration was 20510 minutes.There was no significant difference in the effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The labor time required for follow-up between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusions Compared with manual follow-up,the follow-up of discharged stroke patients through intelligent voice follow-up platform is more standardized and process-based,which significantly improves work efficiency and quality and saves human resources.Therefore,there is room for intelligent voice technology in the field of chronic disease follow-up,which is worthy of further clinical promotion.
