摘 要:针对枣园枝条粉碎还田作业中存在的粉碎效果不佳、能耗大等问题,本文设计了一种枣园枝条粉碎装置。为探究该装置各结构参数和工作参数对粉碎性能和能耗的影响,本文以粉碎合格率和粉碎功率为试验指标,分别选取搓杆布局、筛网孔型、搓杆类型为试验因素设计正交试验,并以主轴转速、喂料量为试验因素设计响应曲面试验。试验结果表明:各结构参数对粉碎合格率影响由大到小的因素依次为筛网孔型、搓杆布局、搓杆类型,对粉碎功率影响由大到小的因素依次为搓杆布局、筛网孔型、搓杆类型,在保证粉碎合格率的前提下选取最低粉碎功率,得到结构参数最优组合为椭圆形筛孔、圆柱式搓杆、倒梯形搓杆布局;各工作参数对粉碎合格率、粉碎功率影响由大到小的因素依次均为主轴转速、喂料量;以粉碎合格率最大,粉碎功率最小为原则,确定工作参数最优组合为喂料量2.0 kg、主轴转速1973 r/min,此时粉碎合格率91.23%,粉碎功率4.72 kW。本文研究结果可为后续枣园枝条粉碎还田机的研制提供参考。Aiming at the problems of poor crushing effect and high energy consumption in jujube garden branch crushing and returning to the field,a jujube garden branch crushing device is designed in this paper.To explore the influence of the structural parameters and working parameters of the device on the crushing performance and energy consumption,taking the crushing pass rate and crushing power as the experiment indexes,the orthogonal experiment is designed with the rubbing rod layout,screen hole type and rubbing rod type as the experiment factors,and the response surface experiment is designed with the spindle speed and feeding amount as the experiment factors.The results showed that the factors that affect the crushing pass rate from large to small are screen hole type,rubbing rod layout and rubbing rod type,and the factors that affect the crushing power from large to small are rubbing rod layout,screen hole type and rubbing rod type.On the premise of ensuring the crushing pass rate,the lowest crushing power is selected,and the optimal combination of structural parameters is elliptical screen hole,cylindrical rubbing rod and inverted trapezoidal rubbing rod layout.The factors that affect the crushing pass rate and crushing power from large to small are the spindle speed and feed rate.Based on the principle of maximum crushing pass rate and minimum crushing power,the optimal combination of working parameters are determined as the feed rate of 2.0 kg and the spindle speed of 1973 r/min.At this time,the crushing pass rate is 91.23%,and crushing power is 4.72 kW.The research results can provide a reference for the follow-up development of the jujube garden branch crushing and returning machine.
