摘 要:针对现有残膜回收机械尚存膜杂分离困难、含杂率高等问题,本文设计了一种脱膜板式残膜回收机起膜分离输送装置,研究分析了起膜分离输送装置的运动学和动力学特性。运用Box-Behnken试验设计方法,以机具前进速度、一级分离圆盘辊转速、分离圆盘间距为试验因素,设置试验指标为残膜回收率、含杂率,构建三因素三水平的二次回归试验。得到各因素交互作用的响应面模型,对残膜回收率的显著性顺序为:机具前进速度>一级分离圆盘辊转速>分离圆盘间距;对含杂率的显著性顺序为:分离圆盘间距>机具前进速度>一级分离圆盘辊转速。对结果优化求解,确定最佳参数组合后,采用机具前进速度4 km/h,一级分离圆盘辊转速为185 r/min,分离圆盘间距85 mm,进行田间试验验证,残膜回收率为86.93%,含杂率为37.28%。该结果与优化预测值相对误差均小于5%,该装置可解决秋后残膜回收膜杂分离困难、含杂率高等问题,为残膜回收机起膜输送装置结构设计及工作参数优化提供依据与参考。Aiming at the problems of membrane separation difficulty and high impurity rate of existing residual film recovery machine,a film lifting separation conveying device of a stripper-plate-type residual film recovery machine was designed,and the kinematics and dynamic characteristics of the film lifting separation conveying device were studied and analyzed.Using Box-Behnken experimental design method,with the machine advancing velocity,the rotation speed of primary separation disc roller and the separation disc spacing as the experimental factors,the experimental indexes were set as the recovery rate of residual film and impurity rate,and the quadratic regression test of three factors and three levels was constructed.The response surface model of the first-order interaction of each factor was obtained,and the significance order of the recovery rate of residual film was as follows:the machine advancing velocity>the rotation speed of primary separation disc roller>the separation disc spacing.The significance order of impurity rate is as follows:the separation disc spacing>the machine advancing velocity>the rotation speed of primary separation disc roller.The results were optimized and the best combination of parameters was determined.The machine advancing velocity was 4 km/h,the rotation speed of primary separation disc roller was 185 r/min,and the separation disc spacing was 85 mm.The field test was carried out.The recovery rate of residual film was 86.93%,and the impurity rate was 37.28%.The relative error between the results and the optimized prediction value is less than 5%.The device solves the problems of membrane impurity separation difficulty and unreliable working performance,and provides theoretical basis and reference for the structural design and working parameters optimization of the membrane conveying device of residual film recovery machine.
