摘  要:人工表面等离子体激元(Spoof surface plasmon polaritons,SSPPs)具有低损耗、高束缚、高传输效率的特点,被广泛应用于微波器件设计。提出了一种新型SSPPs单元,与传统单元相比具有更多的可调节参数。以此为基础设计了一款基于SSPPs的低通滤波器,该低通滤波器与具有高通特性的短路枝节相级联,最终设计实现了一款超宽带带通滤波器。这款超宽带带通滤波器高、低截止频率可单独调节,具有结构简单、小型化等特点。实测结果显示该滤波器-3 dB通带范围为3~13 GHz,带宽达到了125%,同时其回波损耗优于-13 dB。Spoof surface plasmon polaritons(SSPPs)has the characteristics of low-loss,high confinement,and high transmission efficiency.It is widely used in the design of microwave devices.In this paper,a novel SSPPs cell was proposed with more tunable parameters than conventional cell.Based on this,a low-pass filter based on SSPPs was designed.By cascading the low-pass filter and short-circuit stubs,an ultra-wideband band-pass filter was designed and realized.The high and low cut-off frequencies of this ultra-wideband band-pass filter can be adjusted independently,and the filter also has advantages of simple structure and small size.The measured results of the proposed filter show a theoretical-3 dB bandwidth from 3 to 13 GHz(about 125%),and its return loss is better than-13 dB.
