摘　　要：维生素D通常参与维持骨骼之中的钙平衡。目前研究已经确定了维生素D在细胞增殖、分化过程中的影响,表现为伤口修复愈合和调节系统以及宿主防御,免疫和炎症等。相关研究发现,维生素D在血清中低表达是肺功能不全和炎症相关疾病发病率增加的关键因素。包括大部分的肺部疾病以及急性肺损伤、哮喘、慢性阻塞性肺病、肺炎和结核病,本质上都属于炎症性疾病。研究表明,维生素D缺乏与肺部疾病进展有很强的相关关系。维生素D作用于炎症细胞功能机制的路径包含树突状细胞、巨噬细胞、T细胞和B细胞以及组织上皮细胞对肺部炎症具有抑制作用,同时增强了先天免疫防御。本文就维生素D对结核病治疗与预防予以综述,此对于相关领域决策者具有启发性以及对于相关研究领域更深层次的发掘具有重要意义,对寻找结核病有效的预防和辅助治疗相关措施可能有重要帮助。Vitamin D is usually involved in the maintenance of calcium homeostasis in bones.Current studies have identified the effects of vitamin D in cell proliferation,differentiation,as manifested in wound repair healing and regulatory systems as well as host defense,immunity and inflammation.Related studies have found that low vitamin D expression in serum is a key factor in the increased incidence of pulmonary insufficiency and inflammation-related diseases.This includes most lung diseases as well as acute lung injury,asthma,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,pneumonia and tuberculosis,all of which are inflammatory in nature.Studies have shown a strong correlation between vitamin D deficiency and lung disease progression.The pathways by which vitamin D affects inflammatory cell function include dendritic cells,monocytes/macrophages,T and B cells,and tissue epithelial cells,with suppressive effects on lung inflammation,as well as enhanced innate immune defense.This article provides a review of vitamin D for the treatment and prevention of tuberculosis.It is of positive importance for decision makers in the field and for deeper discoveries in related research areas.This may lead us to provide effective preventive and adjunctive treatment measures for tuberculosis.
