摘　　要：2020年我国脱贫攻坚取得重大成就,在打赢脱贫攻坚战之后我国“三农”工作的重心转向推进乡村振兴,乡村振兴战略为恩施茶产业转型升级带来了良好的机遇。为了探究乡村振兴背景下恩施茶产业转型升级机制,本研究利用波特钻石模型识别恩施茶产业在转型升级过程中的影响因素,结合ISM—MICMAC构建机制模型,揭示乡村振兴背景下恩施茶产业转型升级的内在逻辑关系。China has made great achievements in poverty alleviation in 2020.After winning the battle against poverty,the focus of China’s“agriculture,rural areas and farmers”work has shifted to promoting rural revitalization.The rural revitalization strategy has brought good opportunities for the transformation and upgrading of Enshi tea industry.In order to explore the transformation and upgrading mechanism of Enshi tea industry under the background of rural revitalization,this paper studied and used porter Diamond model to identify the influencing factors of Enshi tea industry in the transformation and upgrading process,and combined with ISM—MICMAC mechanism model to reveal the internal logical relationship of Enshi tea industry transformation and upgrading under the background of rural revitalization.
