摘　　要：公私合作在公共文化服务供给中已有大量应用实践,但在公共图书馆文旅融合中的应用却少有探讨。本文论述了公共图书馆文旅融合中引入公私合作的必要性,并考察现阶段公共图书馆在文旅融合不同模式中采用公私合作的现状。在此基础上,提出公共图书馆文旅融合公私合作的机制,对其基本原则及流程进行初步研究。Public-private partnerships have been applied in a large number of practices in the provision of public cultural services,but their application in the integration of cultural tourism in public libraries has been less explored.This paper discusses the necessity of introducing public-private partnerships in the cultural and tourism integration of public libraries and examines the current situation of public libraries using publicprivate partnerships in different modes of cultural and tourism integration.On this basis,it proposes the mechanism of public-private partnership in cultural and tourism integration of public libraries and conducts a preliminary study on its basic principles and processes.
