摘  要:从知识交流角度出发,在厘清图书馆特藏文献“藏”与“用”关系及内涵的历史转变基础上,对国内18所少数民族高校图书馆特藏文献资源建设和特藏文献研究现状进行调查分析,得出少数民族高校图书馆特藏文献资源建设具有明显的学校特色、学科特色、馆藏特色、地域特色。同时也存在地域发展不均衡、数字化建设不足、共享程度低等问题。通过举例阐述内蒙古民族大学图书馆特藏文献资源建设和服务实践,查找问题和不足。最后,提出了制订战略规划、培养具备多种技能的服务团队、打造智慧图书馆服务新生态等优化措施。From the perspective of knowledge exchange,this paper investigates and analyzes the construction and research of the special collection literature resources in 18 libraries of minority universities on the basis of clarifying the relationship between collection and usage and the historical change of connotation of the special collection literature in libraries.It is concluded that the construction of special collection document resources of minority university libraries has obvious school characteristics,disciplinary characteristics,collection characteristics and regional characteristics.Meanwhile,there are many problems such as unbalanced regional development,insufficient digital construction and low sharing degree.It expounds the construction and service practice of the special collection literature resources in the library of Inner Mongolia Minzu University,finds the problems and deficiencies.Finally,it puts forward optimization measures such as formulating strategic planning,cultivating service teams with multiple skills and creating a new ecosystem of smart library services.
