摘　　要：目的探讨穴位贴敷法干预妇科腹腔镜手术术后恶心呕吐(PONV)的临床疗效。方法选取2020年1月至2021年4月在江西中医药大学附属医院妇科首次行腹腔镜手术的住院患者60例,按随机原则分为对照组(30例)和观察组(30例)。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用穴位贴敷法,比较2组术后PONV及其他不良反应发生率。结果2组术后0~24、24~72 h PONV发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组术后腹痛等其他不良反应发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位贴敷法可有效缓解妇科腹腔镜手术PONV症状,并降低其他不良反应发生率。Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupoint sticking therapy on postoperative nausea and vomiting(PONV)after gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods From January 2020 to April 2021,60 inpatients who underwent laparoscopic surgery for the first time in the department of gynecology of the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and randomly divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases).The control group was given routine treatment,while the observation group was given acupoint application on the basis of the control group.The incidence of PONV and other adverse reactions after operation were compared between the two groups.Results There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in the incidences of PONV 0-24 h and 24-72 h after operation(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in the incidence of postoperative abdominal pain and other adverse reactions(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint sticking therapy can effectively relieve PONV symptoms after gynecological laparoscopic surgery and reduce the incidence of other adverse reactions.
