摘　　要：胃癌的发生发展是多因素、多阶段综合作用的复杂过程,其中癌细胞的增殖和凋亡在癌症的进展中发挥着重要作用。生存素(Survivin)是至今为止凋亡抑制蛋白(IAP)家族中发现的抗凋亡能力最强且分子量最小的凋亡抑制基因,具有调控细胞周期、抑制细胞凋亡、促进细胞增殖以及参加血管新生等多重作用,同时该基因的表达与胃癌的生长增殖、血管新生、药物耐药及诊断预后关系密切。中医药在胃癌防治中作用广泛,既可宏观针对其病机辨证论治,又能通过中药单体或提取物微观调控Survivin基因,对胃癌进行有效干预。现以Survivin基因为切入点,系统阐述其在胃癌组织表达的研究进展,以期为胃癌的诊断、治疗、预后提供新思路、开辟新途径。The occurrence and development of gastric cancer is a complex process of multi-factor and multi-stage comprehensive action, in which the proliferation and apoptosis of cancer cells play an important role in the progress of cancer. Survivin is an inhibitor of apoptosis gene with the strongest anti apoptotic ability and the smallest molecular weight found in the inhibitor of apoptosis protein(IAP) family. It has multiple effects such as regulating cell cycle, inhibiting apoptosis, promoting cell proliferation and participating in angiogenesis. At the same time, the expression of Survivin gene is closely related to the growth and proliferation, angiogenesis, drug resistance, diagnosis and prognosis of gastric cancer. Traditional Chinese medicine plays a wide role in the prevention and treatment of gastric cancer. It can not only macroscopically target its pathogenesis and syndrome differentiation, but also effectively intervene in gastric cancer by micro regulating Survivin gene through traditional Chinese medicine monomer or extract. This paper systematically expounds the research progress of Survivin gene expression in gastric cancer, in order to provide new ideas and open up new ways for the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of gastric cancer.
