摘 要:磁悬浮飞轮电池是一种能量密度大、可靠性高的新能源储能设备,常因涡动使系统稳定性下降、使用寿命缩短。为研究其涡动特性,建立转子系统8自由度动力学模型,计算涡动频率及临界转速。分别采用PD,CF,VBC及VBCCF控制分析飞轮转子涡动。结果表明:CF控制对低速涡动有明显改善,却无法抑制高速涡动;VBC控制使局部最大位移降约80%,然而高速下仍存在涡动;VBC-CF控制大大降低振动位移,涡动也随转速升高而不断缩小,并在高速下出现2,3倍周期运动,系统稳定性显著提高。Magnetic suspension flywheel battery is a new energy storage equipment with large energy density and high reliability.Its stability and service life often reduce due to whirling.In this article,in order to explore the whirling characteristics of magnetic suspension flywheel battery,an eight-degree-of-freedom dynamic model of the rotor system is set up to calculate the whirl frequency and critical speed.The control of PD,CF,VBC and VBC-CF are used to analyze the whirling of flywheel rotor respectively.The results show that the CF control obviously improves the low-speed whirl,but it can not restrain the high-speed whirl.The VBC control reduces the local maximum displacement by about 80%,but there is still whirling at the high speed.The VBCCF control greatly reduces the vibration displacement,and the whirling decreases with the increasing speed.At the high speed,there are two and three times of periodic motion,and stability of the system significantly improves.
