摘  要:为改善上颌前方牵引矫治器的适配效果,改进产品结构与功能,提出基于KJ/FA/TRIZ/决策矩阵集成模型的设计方法。采用观察法和用户访谈法获取用户需求描述,通过KJ法提取用户需求因子;运用功能分析与TRIZ物-场模型构建功能-物-场模型,依据功能-物-场模型的不同类型,借助76个标准解形成设计方案;采用决策矩阵构建决策指标体系,并对设计方案与现有产品进行对比评价。结果表明:所提出的改进设计方案增强了矫治器的适配性,红外传感器、热传感器等智能传感模块的加入,提高了产品智能化程度,改进了佩戴和使用方式,改善了错颌畸形的诊疗和服务流程。To improve adaptation capability of the protraction facemask and optimize the structure and functions,a design method based on KJ/FA/TRIZ/Pugh matrix integrated model was proposed.User requirement descriptions were obtained through observation and user interviews.User requirement factors were extracted by KJ method.Functional analysis and TRIZ Su-Field models were applied to construct Function-Su-Field model.According to the different types of Function-Su-Field models,a design scheme was formed through 76 standard solutions.Pugh matrix was used to construct a decision index system,in which the design scheme was compared with existed products.The results showed that the proposed design scheme enhanced the adaptability of the appliance.The intelligent sensor modules such as infrared sensors and thermal sensors improved the wearing comfort and the intelligence of the mask.The diagnosis,treatment and service process of the malocclusion therapy were optimized.
