摘  要:为了诊断一起绵羊群发性呼吸道疾病的发病原因,采集病羊肺脏,用血平板及Thiaucourt's培养基对致病菌进行分离培养,通过病原形态学初步鉴定病原菌;采用细菌16S rRNA通用引物以及多杀性巴氏杆菌和绵羊肺炎支原体特异性引物对分离菌株进行分子生物学鉴定;对病羊肺脏进行病理组织学观察;并对不同分离株进行抗生素敏感性试验。结果发现,6份病料中分离鉴定出绵羊肺炎支原体6株、多杀性巴氏杆菌6株;病羊肺组织出现支气管上皮细胞脱落,局部区域肺泡膈增厚,肺泡上皮细胞坏死,伴有少量纤维素样渗出,少量淋巴细胞散在浸润,巨噬细胞增多;巴氏杆菌分离株对红霉素、万古霉素、林可霉素、克林霉素、四环素已产生耐药性;绵羊肺炎支原体分离株对林可霉素、盐酸四环素、氯霉素的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)均高于512μg/mL。结果显示,本次绵羊呼吸道疾病由多杀性巴氏杆菌和绵羊肺炎支原体混合感染引起,2种分离菌均已产生多重耐药。In order to determine the cause of a group respiratory disease in sheep in the Ningxia area,the bacteria and Mycoplasma ovipneumoniae in the diseased sheep were isolated using blood plate and Thiaucourt’s medium,and the pathogens were preliminarily identified by means of colonial morphology and pathogen morphology.Bacterial 16 S rRNA universal primers,Pasteurella multocida specific primers and Mycoplasma ovipneumoniae specific primers were used to identify the isolated strains.The pathological changes in the diseased lung tissues were analyzed using histopathological techniques.The antibiotic sensitivity of the different isolates was studied.The results showed that 6 Mycoplasma ovipneumoniae strains and 6 Pasteurella multocida strains were isolated and identified from 6 samples.The pathological tissue analysis showed that the bronchial epithelial cells were exfoliated,the alveolar septa thickened in some local areas,and the alveolar epithelial cells were necrotic,accompanied by a small amount of fibrin-like exudation;and a small number of lymphocytes scattered and infiltrated and macrophages increased.Pasteurella has developed resistance to erythromycin,vancomycin,lincomycin,clindamycin,and tetracycline.The MIC values of lincomycin,tetracycline hydrochloride and chloramphenicol against Mycoplasma ovipneumoniae were all over 512μg/mL.This study revealed that the etiology of the sheep respiratory tract disease was no longer caused by a single Mycoplasma or Pasteurella infection,but these two pathogens led to a cluster of mixed infections and developed multiple-drug resistance.
