摘 要:通过连续两年种植并翻压春油菜绿肥,研究不同春油菜品种翻压对土壤锌形态变化规律及有效性的影响,揭示锌在土壤中的形态转化规律及影响因素。选取9个春油菜品种进行翻压还田后,采集玉米收获时的土壤样品,测定不同形态锌含量和其它相关指标。结果表明,与CK处理相比,春油菜翻压均显著降低了土壤pH;中油肥1804和中油肥1901翻压后土壤有机质含量、水分含量、还原性物质总量较CK处理分别显著提高了61.60%和45.02%、11.65%和11.04%、264.36%和252.87%;中油肥1804翻压后土壤有效锌含量较CK处理显著提高了73.99%;与CK处理相比,中油肥1804和中油肥1901翻压后土壤交换态锌、有机结合态锌含量分别提高了168.86%和156.60%、48.47%和44.87%;春油菜翻压均显著提高了土壤锌的转化因子,降低了氧化物结合态锌;不同春油菜品种翻压对残渣态锌影响不显著。冗余分析结果表明,春油菜翻压通过多方面影响土壤锌的形态分布,其中土壤pH和春油菜含锌量为重要因素。综上,华北地区种植并翻压中油肥1804和中油肥1901是提高土壤锌有效性的最佳生物强化途径。By planting and returning spring rape green manure for two consecutive years,the effects of returning of different spring rape varieties on soil zinc form change and availability were studied,and the regularity of zinc forms transformation in the soil and influencing factors were revealed.In this experiment,9 spring rape varieties were selected for returning to the field,and soil samples were collected at harvest of maize to determine the zinc content of different forms and other related indicators.The results showed that compared with CK treatment,spring rape returning significantly reduced the soil pH.The soil organic matter content,moisture content,total reducing substances after being returned with Zhongyoufei1804 and Zhongyoufei1901 were significantly increased by 61.60%and 45.02%,11.65%and 11.04%,264.36%and 252.87%,compared with CK treatment,respectively.The soil available zinc content after being returned by Zhongyoufei1804 were significantly increased by 73.99%compared with CK treatment.Compared with CK treatment,after Zhongyoufei1804 and Zhongyoufei1901 were returned,the content of soil exchangeable zinc and organically bound zinc increased by 168.86%156.60%,48.47%and 44.87%,respectively.The returning of spring rape significantly increased the transformation factor of soil zinc and decreased the oxide-bound zinc;the returning of different spring rape varieties had no significant effect on the residual zinc.Redundant analysis results showed that spring rape returning affected soil zinc form distribution in many ways,and soil pH and spring rape zinc content were important factors.In summary,planting and returning of Zhongyoufei1804 and Zhongyoufei1901 in North China are the best biofortification methods to improve the availability of soil zinc.
