摘  要:为明确连作条件下烤烟根内次生代谢产物积累及其对烤烟产值量的影响,以红河泸西连作烤烟为对象,利用GC—MS检测根内次生代谢产物,通过因子分析和典型相关分析,探析对烤烟产值量影响较大的因子类型及其与产值量的相关关系。结果表明,烤烟根系内检测并确定出14种次生代谢产物,通过因子分析,提取4个公因子,累计贡献率达到85.737%,分别为酚酸类因子、醛酯类因子、酸酯类因子以及酚类因子。4个公因子与烤烟经济效益典型相关分析发现,烤烟根系内莨菪亭、软酯酸、花生酸的含量越高,十四酸含量越低,有利于提升烤烟产量和产值,但不利于提高上等烟比例;而提升根系内香草醛、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯和2,2′-亚甲基双-(4-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚)的含量,有利于提高烟叶等级结构,但不利于提高烤烟产量和产值。因此,为了克服连作障碍,应通过开展相关技术研究,调控根系内以上7种关键次生代谢产物的含量,使其维持平衡,以提高烟叶产值量和等级结构。Cumulation of tobacco root secondary metabolite and its effect on the yield and output value were studied on continuous continuous cropping tobacco in Luxi of Honghe as materials,the root secondary metabolite was tested by GC-MS.Taking secondary metabolite on the yield and output value and its relationship were explored by factor analysis and canonical correlation analysis.The results showed that 14 secondary metabolites were detected and determined in the roots of fluecured tobacco.Through factor analysis,four common factors were extracted,and the cumulative contribution rate reached 85.737%,which were phenolic acid factors,aldehyde ester factors,ester factors and phenolic factors,respectively.Canonical correlation analysis of four common factors and economic benefits of flue-cured tobacco found that the higher the content of 3 substances in flue-cured tobacco roots,such as anisodamine,soft ester acid,arachidic acid,the lower the content of tetradecanoic acid,which was conducive to increasing the yield and output value of flue-cured tobacco,but not conducive to improving the proportion of top-grade tobacco.However,increasing the content of vanillin,dioctyl phthalate and 2,2′-methylene bis-(4-methyl-6-tert-butylphenol)in roots was beneficial to improving the grade structure of tobacco leaves,but not conducive to improving the yield and output value of flue-cured tobacco.Therefore,in order to overcome the obstacles of continuous cropping,it is necessary to carry out relevant technical research to regulate the content of the above seven key secondary metabolites in the root system so as to maintain its balance and improve the yield and output value and grade structure of tobacco leaves.
