数字经济对人力资本水平提升的影响研究

摘　　要：人力资本是推动社会生产力不断向前发展的重要因素,其发展水平也是体现国家竞争力的重要标志。伴随着新一轮科技革命持续推进,数字经济不断与传统产业融合,持续改变社会生产生活方式,对多领域、多行业、多区域的人力资本水平产生了深刻影响。与此同时,比对《中国数字经济发展报告》与《第七次全国人口普查公报》发现,近年来中国数字经济规模增长与地区人口规模增长基本保持同步,这是巧合还是蕴含着内在规律?人口数量增长是否对应人口质量增长?这些问题都值得关注和研究。为此,文章尝试探讨数字经济对人力资本水平提升的影响,在分析数字经济对人力资本水平提升作用机制的基础上,基于2011~2020年省级数据予以检验。研究表明:与中部地区相比,数字经济对人力资本水平提升的促进作用在东、西部地区更为明显;随着城镇化进程推进,数字经济对人力资本水平提升的影响同样呈现区域异质性;考虑工业产业结构变动,数字经济对人力资本水平提升的影响存在双重门槛效应。The level of human capital is an important factor for the continuous development of social productivity and a key factor to reflect the competitiveness of a country.With the continuous advancement of a new round of scientific and technological revolution,the digital economy continues to integrate with traditional industries,continues to change social production and lifestyles,and has a profound impact on the level of human capital in multiple fields,industries,and regions.At the same time,a comparison between the“China Digital Economy Development Report”and the“Sev⁃enth National Census Communiqué”found that the growth of China’s digital economy in recent years has basically kept pace with the growth of regional population.Is it a coincidence or is there an inherent law?Does population growth cor⁃respond to population quality growth?Worth watching and studying.To this end,this paper attempts to explore the im⁃pact of the digital economy on the improvement of human capital levels.On the basis of analyzing the mechanism of the digital economy on the improvement of human capital level,the article tests it based on the provincial data from 2011 to 2020.The research shows that compared with the central region,the promotion effect of the digital economy on the improvement of human capital level is more obvious in the eastern and western regions;with the advancement of urban⁃ization,the impact of the digital economy on the improvement of human capital level also presents regional heterogene⁃ity;considering the change of industrial structure,the digital economy has a double threshold effect on the improve⁃ment of human capital level.
