摘　　要：化工企业的员工在工作中会接触一些有毒有害的化学物质,假如没有做好安全防护,极有可能危害到员工的身心健康。因此,化工企业要加强对员工健康的管理工作,如果发现职业病要及时展开医治。文章分析了现阶段中国化工企业员工健康管理方面的状况,对其展开探究,提出解决对策。Employees of chemical enterprises may be exposed to some toxic and harmful materials during their work.Without good safety protection,it is very likely to endanger the physical and mental health of employees.Therefore,chemical enterprises should strengthen the management of employees’health,and timely treat occupational diseases if they are found.This paper analyzes the current situation of the health management of employees in China’s chemical enterprises,probes into it,and puts forward solutions.
