摘 要:2016年以来,江苏索普化工股份有限公司60万吨/年醋酸造气工艺技术改造项目随着装置负荷的提升,甲醇汽提工段产生了大量高氨氮、高氯离子的含氨废水。近年煤化工行业废水排放要求不断提高,氨氮作为水体的主要污染源受到严格管控。针对水煤浆气化装置高负荷下汽提工段含氨废水中氨氮含量偏高的问题,同时为降低水煤浆气化装置系统内氨氮总量,采用了上海化工研究院的精馏脱氨法提取汽提工段含氨废水中的氨氮,虽然达到了汽提工段含氨废水氨氮含量≤250 mg/L和气化装置外排废水氨氮含量≤380 mg/L的效果,解决了汽提工段含氨废水中氨氮含量过高和气化外排灰水中氨氮含量偏高的问题,但也引发了一些新问题。Since 2016,the 600000 t/a acetic acid gasification process technical transformation project of Jiangsu Thorpe Chemical Co.,Ltd.has produced a large amount of ammonia containing wastewater with high ammonia nitrogen and high chloride ion in the methanol stripping section with the increase of unit load.At the same time,with the continuous improvement of wastewater discharge requirements in the coal chemical industry in recent years,ammonia nitrogen,as the main pollution source of water,has been strictly controlled.In view of the high ammonia nitrogen content in the ammonia containing waste water produced in the stripping section of the coal water slurry gasification unit under high load,and in order to reduce the total amount of ammonia nitrogen in the coal water slurry gasification unit system,a rectification deamination method of Shanghai Research Institute of Chemical Industry is used to extract ammonia nitrogen from the ammonia containing waste water in the stripping section,although the ammonia nitrogen content in the ammonia containing waste water from the stripping section is reduced to≤250 mg/L and the ammonia nitrogen content in the waste water discharged from the gasification unit is reduced to≤380 mg/L.The problems of high ammonia nitrogen content in ammonia containing waste water in stripping section and high ammonia nitrogen content in ash water discharged from gasification are solved,but some new problems are also caused.
