基 金:稠油高凝油海底管道电伴热输送关键技术研究(YXKY-ZX032020)。
摘 要:中国的海上高凝油、稠油资源储量丰富,但存在海上输送困难的问题,因此亟需研究伴热技术来对海底管线进行温度的提升与控制。通过电伴热带伴热海管的结构设计、预制工艺研究、电伴热带伴热性能的模拟测试技术研究等,掌握电伴热带伴热海管的设计、制造、性能模拟测试技术,并能测试伴热海管关键部位的密封性、安全性。为电伴热带伴热海管产品的开发、预制能力建设奠定技术基础,并以此为电伴热带伴热技术在海底管线上的应用提供有力支撑。China has abundant reserves of offshore high pour point oil and heavy oil resources,but it is difficult for offshore transportation.Therefore,it is urgent to study heat tracing technology to control and increase the temperature of subsea pipelines.Through the structure design of electric heating tracing subsea pipes,the research of prefabrication technology and the electric heating tracing performance simulation test technology,the design,manufacturing and performance simulation test technology were mastered.Moreover,the tightness and safety of key parts were tested.Therefore,a solid technical foundation was laid for the development and the prefabrication capacity of electric heating tracing subsea pipe products,so as to provide strong support for the application of electric heating tracing technology on subsea pipelines.
