摘　　要：大学生志愿者作为文化志愿者队伍的主力军,近年来在促进文化志愿服务蓬勃发展过程中发挥了重要的作用,但也同时存在高不成、低不就与内卷化等定位不准问题。基于新时代文化志愿服务发展的新趋势和大学生志愿者参与服务的现状,以“培养人”为出发点,以“廓清服务与学习关系”为研究思路,可将文化志愿服务活动中大学生志愿者的服务模式归纳总结划分为服务导向模式、学习导向模式和服务与学习并重模式三个类别并加以分析。同时,基于三种模式对大学生的“志愿服务期待”展开进一步阐述,可使大学生文化志愿者能够在选择和参与志愿服务时找准自身定位,发挥应有优势,推进文化志愿服务的健康、可持续发展。College student volunteers,as the main force of cultural volunteer teams,have played an important role in promoting the vigorous development of cultural voluntary service in recent years;however,there are also some problems of inaccurate orientation,such as college student volunteers’inability to reach the standards required and unwillingness to conduct repeated voluntary service and the involution crisis.Based on the new trend of the development of cultural voluntary service in the new era and the status quo of college student volunteers’participation in the service,this study attempts to take"cultivating people"as the starting point and"clearing up the relationship between service and learning"as the research idea.It also divides the service mode of college student volunteers in cultural voluntary service activities into"service-oriented mode,learning-oriented mode and the mode attaching equal importance to service and learning."Meanwhile,based on the three models,this paper analyzes and further expounds the"voluntary service expectation"of college students so that the cultural volunteers of college students can find their own position when they choose and participate in voluntary service,this giving full play to their advantages,and promoting the healthy and sustainable development of cultural voluntary service.
