2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者给予中药泡足联合穴位敷贴干预的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的 研究2型糖尿病周围神经病变(diabetic peripheral neuropathy,DPN)应用中药泡足联合穴位敷贴治疗的效果。方法选取如东县中医院于2018年1月—2021年12月收治的126例2型DPN患者,按治疗方案不同分为对照组(63例)与治疗组(63例),对照组给药依帕司他片治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用中药泡足与穴位敷贴治疗,治疗3个月后对比两组疗效、神经传导速度及血糖指标。结果 治疗组总有效率为95.24%,明显高于对照组76.19%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.333,P<0.05);与对照组相比较,治疗组的FPG、2 hPG水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);腓总、正中神经的运动神经传导速及感觉神经传导速度比较,治疗组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 DPN应用中药泡足联合穴位敷贴治疗,可促进依帕司他片疗效提高,有效控制血糖,提高神经传导速度。Objective To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine foot soaking combined with acupoint application in the treatment of type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN). Methods A total of 126 patients with type 2 DPN admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2021 were selected. According to different treatment plans, they were divided into control group(63 cases) and treatment group(63cases). The control group was treated with epalrestat tablets, and the treatment group was additionally treated with traditional Chinese medicine foot soaking and acupoint application on the basis of the control group. After 3 months of treatment, the curative effect, nerve conduction velocity and blood glucose indexes of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 95.24%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group, which was 76.19%, the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.333,P<0.05);compared with the control group, the levels of FPG and 2 h PG in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the motor nerve conduction velocity(MNCV) and sensory nerve conduction velocity(SNCV) of the common peroneal and median nerve in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine foot soaking combined with acupoint application in the treatment of DPN can improve the efficacy of epalrestat tablets, effectively control blood glucose, and improve nerve conduction velocity.
